Using ANZ ATMs
Follow these instructions:
Note that some ANZ ATMs may have slightly different versions of these screens.
1. Insert your debit card into the ATM or tap your card to start.
2. Follow the prompt Type your PIN and press Enter.
3. Follow the prompt Type your withdrawal amount and press Enter.
4. When you are asked to Select your account, select Credit.
5. When you are asked Would you like a receipt? select your preferred option.
6. Follow prompts until the transaction is complete.
Using ATMs to access your money
As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee. You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.
