What is Bank@Post banking?

Bank@Post Banking is a service provided by Australia Post that enables Bank First Members to make cash and cheque deposits at one of over 3,300 participating Australia Post Offices nationwide.

How to bank at Australia Post

With Bank@Post you can:

  • Pay your bills.

  • Make withdrawals on your account using your Bank First Card and the associated PIN. (The daily EFTPOS withdrawal limit is $1,020 per card, including any fees and charges. This is accessed by using the 'savings' or 'cheque' functionality, and includes ATM and Bank@Post transactions.)

  • Conveniently deposit cash and cheques using your unique Bank@Post Barcode. (Cheque deposits are to be made in the name of the account e.g. Business name etc.)

  • Get immediate access to cash deposits. (Funds from cheque deposits are available after 5 business days.)

There is no additional cost to use this service.
