Using Westpac ATMs
Follow these instructions:
Note that some Westpac ATMs may have slightly different versions of these screens.
1. Insert your debit card into the ATM or tap your card (for cardless withdrawal) to start.
2. Follow the prompt Enter your PIN then press 'Enter/OK'.
3. You'll be asked to enter the amount you want to withdraw.
4. When you are asked to Choose account, select Credit Card.
5. You'll be asked to select your receipt type, select your preferred option.
6. Select Withdraw Now to complete your transaction.
Using ATMs to access your money
As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee. You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.
